Overview

This policy describes how Trusted Peptides collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit trustedpeptides.store or place an order. By using the site you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service. Trusted Peptides is operated by SecureFlow LLC, which is the entity responsible for the information described here.

Information we collect

• Order information — your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and details of the products you purchase.
• Payment information — processed entirely by secured, PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information — standard analytics such as pages visited, device and browser type, and referring pages, used to improve the site.

How we use it

• To process and ship your orders, and to send order confirmations and tracking updates.
• To respond to support requests.
• To send marketing email only if you opted in — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers required to run the store — payment processing, shipping carriers, and email delivery — and only what each needs to do its job. Shipments are sent in secure, protective packaging. We may share a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address with The Cell Brief and The Misunderstood Mom so they stop sending you first-order offers.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in at checkout or in your account, we use your mobile number to text you order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notices. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; the only parties that receive it are the messaging providers that deliver the texts. Quick order and voice ordering

When you use Quick order, we read your order with an AI service (Anthropic) to find the products. If you speak your order, the sound goes from your device to Soniox, a speech-to-text service that turns it into words as you talk (it sees your IP address); we don't keep a recording. If an order needs a choice from you or can't be read, we keep its words for up to 30 days to improve the service. If you tap “Something wrong?” during the beta, we keep what you said or typed, what went into your bag and your note for up to 30 days, so we can fix the mistake. You can leave the beta at any time from the Quick order panel.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session, and understand site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the site (such as the cart) may stop working.

Data retention and your rights

Order records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where not legally required to be retained) by emailing support@trustedpeptides.store.

Age restriction

This site is intended for individuals at least 21 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be posted on this page with its revision date.
