Our commitment

Your satisfaction matters to us. If anything is wrong with your order, contact support@trustedpeptides.store and we will prioritize getting it resolved.

All sales are final

Because of the sensitive nature of research compounds, all purchases are final and non-refundable — with two exceptions:

• You received a product that differs from what you ordered (wrong or missing item), or
• Your order arrived damaged.

In either case, contact support immediately. Where the error is ours — an incorrect or missing item — we cover the return shipping.

Unopened items only

Opened, altered, or specially handled items cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances, due to the risk of degradation and contamination. Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition.

How to request a return

• Contact support@trustedpeptides.store within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item(s) received.
• Our team will review your request and, if approved, send return instructions.

Refund processing

Once a returned item is received and verified, we will issue an exchange or a refund to your original payment method, per your preference.

Agreement

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service. Requests that do not follow the process above may be delayed or declined.
