What the guarantee covers

Every product we sell is listed with a stated purity, backed by a batch certificate from an independent lab. The guarantee is simple: if a certificate of analysis from an accredited lab doesn't confirm that stated purity for the lot you received, we refund what you paid in full and send a replacement at no cost.

That means you're free to send a vial to any accredited lab you choose. We'd rather you check than wonder — a guarantee nobody is invited to test isn't worth much.

How to make a claim

Email support@trustedpeptides.store with three things: your order number, the lot number printed on the vial label, and the lab report. A person reads it — not a form — and we'll come back to you with the refund and the replacement rather than a request for more paperwork.

If you're planning to send a vial out for testing and want to talk it through first, get in touch. We'll tell you which lot you received and what its certificate says before you spend anything.

What it doesn't cover

The guarantee is about purity and identity — what is in the vial. It isn't a guarantee of any particular result, and it can't be: every product we sell is supplied strictly for laboratory research use, and none of it is for human or animal consumption.
